BarberRino's is a family barbershop on Edinburgh Road South in Guelph. Straight-razor shaves, fades and beard work from three licensed barbers, carrying on a shop tradition that started in 1963.
BarberRino's opened on April 29, 2014, started by owner and barber Rino Basciano. Rino is a second-generation barber: his father Alessandro, known as Sandy, opened Sandy's Barber Shop & Men's Hairstyling in Guelph back in 1963, first at the corner of Edinburgh and Speedvale, then at the Twin Towers Apartments for almost 45 years.
The traditions and standards Sandy built the original shop on are still the foundation here. BarberRino's offers straight-razor and hot towel shaves, fades and modern styling, and beard trimming and grooming, with rates for men, seniors, students and kids, and house calls available by request.
